Budget bus or lowest price bus is a simple service with A/C but there is no wifi and no free drinking water during the trip. Bus size is available such as van or 45 seats bus. Some companies have 45 seats with double decks with toilet and have space to put motorcycle or bicycle. Quality of bus is approximately 70% new.

Top rank bus with A/C and offer free wifi, drinking water, some bus companies have guide for facility in bus and snack. Bus size is 45 seats. Quality of bus is approximately 90% new or brand new with model almost updated to current year.

  • Free pick up from hotel in town for day times and required to be ready an hour before departure time. However during the holiday period for all transport operators and night times of Giant Ibis are not free pick up. If you go to the departure point yourself please arrive there at least 20 minutes before departure time.
  • The ticket prices are already included all taxes.
  • Checked Bag/Luggage/Suitcase is allowed 1 piece each ticket at about 15-20kg with approximately 30cm high, 50cm width and 70cm length. Carry on is allowed small size. This capacity is just an estimated and please do not hesitate to contact us for more detail information or clarification upon booking.
  • Child is same price as adult if you want to have seat for him/her. If sharing seat with parent then is free of charge. However for child who looks big/tall then it is compulsory to buy seat for him/her.
  • Ticket is required to issue at least 3 working days before travel date. Depending on the operator and you might have to exchange your voucher for a ticket at departure point by the operator that required this.
  • Change or cancel a ticket, there might be a fee from the transport operator. Some operators do not allow to change or cancel. We will support the communication with transport operator and if the cancellation allowed by the operator, we will refund you the amount after deducting the services fee and other involving fee to process the refund.
  • We do not handle or waive responsibilities such as:
    • Vehicle does not depart or reach the destination on time; you have to discuss such issues with operator. Our schedule is the one we get from each operator. Keep in mind that there are several reasons why your journey might be delayed. Be careful if there is a connecting trip. The duration does not include the extra time such as heavy traffic during rush hour or something else may occurred as unusual so make sure you are early enough in case things do not go smoothly as you would expect and calculate at least 5 hours between your schedule arrival and next departure especially to connect with a flight.
    • If the employees of transport operator are rude. Please keep in mind that culture can be different and they are not under our agent’s training.
    • If the seats or vehicles are not up to your expectations. If the operator has to change your seat to accommodate a monk or handicapped person, there is nothing we can do about it but this rarely occurs.
    • If the operator cancels your trip due to force majeure or unavoidable reasons. We will try our best to look for alternative options as we can and if there is an extra cost then will be under your own account but if it is lower cost then we will refund you the different amount.
    • If the operator changes the departure point or changes the vehicle or send a pick-up vehicle to bring you to the departure point (mostly pick-up vehicle bring you from your hotel to the departure vehicle that parks at departure station).
    • If your luggage gets damaged or vanishes or something wrong, please discuss such issues with operator on spot.
    • If you fail to provide contact detail or not follow our instructions. If you went to the wrong departure point. Please look at the detail instructions we provide on every ticket.
    • If performance of operator is not meet your expectation such as air-condition did not work, not clean, onboard snack or water was poor, an insect crossed by, duration took longer than expected, or other serious disasters - please complain to the transport operator, not to us. We are selling ticket agent cooperated with IT system to provide travel booking facilities – we do not run these public transports. If you want to refund or compensate, please talk to operator directly on spot after your trip at the station.     1. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you your invoice upon confirmation. The invoice will have the payment details such as ticket cost, confirmation number, and our bank information. Please note that all bank transfer fee should be borne by the customer. Once you are done with your payment, please send us a scanned copy of the receipt as a proof of payment. We will confirm once we received the money in our account.
    2. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will send you our authorization form upon confirmation. Kindly fill it out with your card details and send it back to us via email with also attach the document required as the instruction in form. Once we receive it, we will proceed in charging your card according to the amount you need to pay us. The charge will be auto converted in to USD itself as the bank already set in our machine here as auto USD only. Please note that we can only accept either Visa or MasterCard. Once we have successfully charged your card, we will send you our official receipt for reference of your payment.
    3. If you choose to pay by credit card directly in our website, please go to the page of PAYMENT and key in the confirmation number and amount you need to pay us then continue the steps until final of payment.
  • Promotion is subject to availability at the time when the booking is made. If we have sold out all of our promotions then we will let you know our other available rates. Ticket Conditions:

  • Free pick up from hotel in town for day times and required to be ready an hour before departure time. However during the holiday period for all transport operators and night times of Giant Ibis are not free pick up. If you go to the departure point yourself please arrive there at least 20 minutes before departure time.
  • The ticket prices are already included all taxes.
  • Checked Bag/Luggage/Suitcase is allowed 1 piece each ticket at about 15-20kg with approximately 30cm high, 50cm width and 70cm length. Carry on is allowed small size. This capacity is just an estimated and please do not hesitate to contact us for more detail information or clarification upon booking.
  • Child is same price as adult if you want to have seat for him/her. If sharing seat with parent then is free of charge. However for child who looks big/tall then it is compulsory to buy seat for him/her.
  • Ticket is required to issue at least 3 working days before travel date. Depending on the operator and you might have to exchange your voucher for a ticket at departure point by the operator that required this.
  • Change or cancel a ticket, there might be a fee from the transport operator. Some operators do not allow to change or cancel. We will support the communication with transport operator and if the cancellation allowed by the operator, we will refund you the amount after deducting the services fee and other involving fee to process the refund.
  • We do not handle or waive responsibilities such as:
    • Vehicle does not depart or reach the destination on time; you have to discuss such issues with operator. Our schedule is the one we get from each operator. Keep in mind that there are several reasons why your journey might be delayed. Be careful if there is a connecting trip. The duration does not include the extra time such as heavy traffic during rush hour or something else may occurred as unusual so make sure you are early enough in case things do not go smoothly as you would expect and calculate at least 5 hours between your schedule arrival and next departure especially to connect with a flight.
    • If the employees of transport operator are rude. Please keep in mind that culture can be different and they are not under our agent’s training.
    • If the seats or vehicles are not up to your expectations. If the operator has to change your seat to accommodate a monk or handicapped person, there is nothing we can do about it but this rarely occurs.
    • If the operator cancels your trip due to force majeure or unavoidable reasons. We will try our best to look for alternative options as we can and if there is an extra cost then will be under your own account but if it is lower cost then we will refund you the different amount.
    • If the operator changes the departure point or changes the vehicle or send a pick-up vehicle to bring you to the departure point (mostly pick-up vehicle bring you from your hotel to the departure vehicle that parks at departure station).
    • If your luggage gets damaged or vanishes or something wrong, please discuss such issues with operator on spot.
    • If you fail to provide contact detail or not follow our instructions. If you went to the wrong departure point. Please look at the detail instructions we provide on every ticket.
    • If performance of operator is not meet your expectation such as air-condition did not work, not clean, onboard snack or water was poor, an insect crossed by, duration took longer than expected, or other serious disasters - please complain to the transport operator, not to us. We are selling ticket agent cooperated with IT system to provide travel booking facilities – we do not run these public transports. If you want to refund or compensate, please talk to operator directly on spot after your trip at the station. We can’t make any refund or compensation because when you paid us, we also paid to transport operator so your money is not with us.
  • We would recommend that you use the public transport company you are familiar with and whose service you feel comfortable with or read the Tripadvisor to review the services of each public transport company before you decide to book any ticket from us as we do not operate any vehicles on our own so the services of each operator is beyond our control. We are the selling ticket agent and we always like to help to assist our clients as possible, however some issue is beyond our control and our liability is to help as on behalf of our clients to communicate with the operator and try our best seeking for response as fast as possible then forward to our clients. We might also find the contact person from the operator to pass on to our clients for communication directly of any detail matter.
  • Please keep in mind that public transportation in Cambodia might be different from experiences you have had in your home country and locals often do not speak English.
  • Other conditions will be referred to the policy of each public transport company upon request.
